In September 2007, Group CBS, Inc. purchased the ongoing operations of the former ABB/Grand Eagle and Waukesha Nuclear Circuit Breaker Service Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

CBS Nuclear Services will provide shop services at its facility in Matthews, NC; and will provide on-site, field service at nuclear power plants across the U.S. with its portable field service trailers.
